As Social Media Marketing Manager at Yodl, I led multi-platform content strategy and execution for the travel start-up, generating over 7 million Reel views and growing the brand’s audience by 4.5k followers. I managed daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest while maintaining a strong brand identity and achieving a 9% annual engagement rate, rising to 16% during peak season.
I also led influencer marketing campaigns, including coordinating an influencer ski trip collaboration with creator Ellie Evelyn Smith to expand brand reach and visibility. Alongside organic social, I relaunched the brand’s Pinterest strategy, wrote SEO-focused blog content to support website traffic, and developed paid social creatives and seasonal campaigns designed to maximise bookings and ROI.
